Tuition
Total tuition is $14,500 this includes deposit of $500. Remaining tuition can be divided into 10 or 12 equal payments. We offer a sibling discount of 20%.

Enrollment Process
1. Family Consultation
This consultation is an opportunity for parents and prospective students to ask any questions and determine if Creative Mind Academy will be appropriate for the student.
2. Complete Enrollment Forms
Once it is determined that your student will attend Creative Mind Academy the application, family profile, student profile, and emergency contact forms need to be completed.
3. Place Deposit
Turn in non-refundable deposit of $500 with completed application form. Deposit will be applied to total tuition. Remaining tuition payments will begin according to the payment schedule.
Creative Mind Academy does not accept insurance. Our services are considered educational rather than medical. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's) usually cover "special education due to a medical condition" and may cover our services.
